Well, that is a problem with your file-mapping asking all HTML files to be
opened by Netscape.  It is a plain and simple HTML text file and thus will
open in any browser (drag it on a browser window is anything else fails),
but POV-Ray cannot fix configuration problems for you especially if they
involve something like the default browser being used...
