Here's another sci-fi image (early version, without good cockpit and FX).
The warp-thingy is a bezier patch with IOR > 1 and total transparency.
Everything was modeled and proceduraled in moray with galaxy plugin, etc.
Ideas, flames, improvement suggestions welcome.
