So I forgot something.
The different joints of the reed (joint_01 to joint_07) should be frozen,
then rotation allowed in the X and Y directions. Z direction would be
possible too, of course. just experiment yourself.

I attach a corrected mdl file of the object. Play with it and see the reed
patch change shape.
