Command line switches,
they can be set in your .ini file or in 3.5 they can be set in the
command-line switch box
+An.n : sets anti-aliasing threshold to n.n
(can also use Antialias_Threshold=n.n in .ini file)
+Rn : sets aa-depth to level n
(can also use Antialias_Depth=n in .ini file)
also:
+AMn : sets anti-aliasing sampling method to n, only 1 and 2 are valid
(can also use Sampling_Method=n in .ini file)

options in particular, for more information.
