    Hmm.. might be your video settings, because it looks smooth as glass to
me (not counting the jpg boxes). Are you talking about color banding? While
the original image shows none, your revision has a lot and is several times
larger in file size.

    TGA should give some of the most flawless color blending there is. If it
does not, like I said, it might be your video settings.
