AFAIK the free version of DivX5 can play correctly any DivX file (even
the ones created with DivX5pro). The difference between the free and the pro
version is in the encoding part: When creating a DivX file, you have less
options.
So if you are only going to watch DivX animations, the free version is as
good as you can get.
