The flowers are incredible.
I don't think that a clear glass vase is appropriate for the image. The
studio photograph style of the image would be ruined by bright, glaring
photons, but the vase looks very dull without them. I would suggest a test
render with an opaque or better yet sub surface scattered vase. Another
option would be a very dark glass.
