Thanks for posting the source (posted as Re: An interesting iso "texture")
Btw, maybe it's better to post sources in the groups p.b.s-f  or  p.t.s-f
but anyway I like the patterns and they even render fairly quick! The memory
consumation is almost nothing and I have no idea how you did this. I'll look
at the source though I am no big mathematican. You say they are actually
artifacts, so I guess they're pretty hard to refine and control? Will the
shape be stable in animation?

(are you still working on your leds? ... :o)
