Open the ini dlg, press clear, exit POVWin, restart POVWin & bring up the
ini dlg
This causes a unhandled stack overflow exception according to MSVC++,
usually in Kernel32.dll
This occurs when the secondary ini path (SecondaryINIFile in pvengine.ini)
ends in a directory
(eg %POV%\renderer\ or %POV%\Insert Menu\ ) under and including the pov
install dir, but not always
