These order dependencies will (and cannot) be removed.  they have not been
removed nor did I imply they have been removed.  Only the camera type has to
be specified at a point so that POV-Ray can take the right action later.
Some of the bug reports regarding camera suggest users magically expect
POV-Ray to guess which of two (both logical) models of thinking they use and
adjust the behavior of the camera.  Obviously POV-Ray has no mind-reading
interface (yet)  :-)
