Indeed, there aren't many reasons in such a case, but for example viruses
are a typical user problem because people don't manage to install anti-virus
software.  If running as admin and you get such problems the only way to get
out of it (most of the time) is to reinstall the system.  If running as user
(provided a reasonable setup) it should be possible to recover data more
easily as at least the system should still be functioning (allowing to
install the anti-virus software after the system is infected) in most cases,
but of course, theory and practice running Windows are different... ;-)
