 I'm confused about  /vlength(<0.39,0.41,0.43>)*sqrt(3*0.8);
and what you are using it to accomplish.  I understand you are
altering the rgb but I don't know why you are using vlength to
do it.
Wouldn't this be like  color rgb <0.645,0.645,0.645>
Just curious . . . and wondering what I'm missing.
