  This question is not unambiguous.

  Do you mean that you have a smooth triangle mesh and you want to get the
normal vectors? You can use the PCM format for this (see
http://www.geocities.com/ccolefax/pcm.html).

  Or do you mean that you have a mesh of flat triangles and you want to
calculate normal vectors to smooth it? You can either use my mesh smoother
or see its documentation on how it is done (see
http://iki.fi/warp/PovUtils/smooth.html).
