That's good work!

I love that sky! It looks like it's painted.

The water needs some work IMO. It's good from the middle to the background,
but at the edge it should be more turbulent, I think. Like it's very fast.
You did something in that direction, but it should be more.
And the falling water is too reflective, I think. There is much air in it
when it falls, so is more like foam then a liquid. And as it's probably
quite fast when it's passing the edge, it should fall more parabolic.

If this in that bottom right corner is water dust, there is something wrong
with the shadows, I think. Perhaps there shouldn't be any? Don't know, looks
odd.

That fortress/spaceship/town is very nice as usually. Don't know what those
surrounding thingies are at the top, though. Birds?

The scaling is not easy to get, IMO. It looks like that city is in trouble,
because it will collide with the edge every moment. How deep is the water?
It should "thin out" towards the edge, IMO. Now it looks like one could
stand in it.

OK, that was much critiques - hope it was not too much and some constructive
one. It's always easy to criticise. This picture as it is, is already very
good! The color-scheme is very could. The composition could need something
far away on the left, I think.

I'm eager to see the final result of this scene!
