Stuff to add:
-Some kind of rug in front of the dresser.
-Also those "C" shapes ones that people put around the toilets.
-Toilet paper?
-A valve on the pipe behind the toilet.
-Plant.
-Some kind of door stopper so that the door knob doesn't hit the wall - or
maybe a small dent in the wall.  :)

Suggestions:
-Replace the dresser with a counter, and add a sink.  It would look much
better.  Right now it looks like a toilet is someone's bedroom.
-The lights would look better if there were more of them on both sides of
the mirror and not above the mirror.

For bonus points:
-The poser model from a few posts away (from Robert J Becraft) looking at
herself in the mirror.
