RC5 Windows version

Since, in a height_field, it appears that the HF_MODIFIERs must appear
before OBJECT_MODIFIERs it might help to reorder the INSERT/SHAPES/HEIGHT_FIELD
sample text so the texture line follows the smooth & water_level lines.
