I've checked for previous messages and couldn't see any mention of a the above
file not rendering.  It stops with the following:

File:   Line: 24
Fatal Error: Floating-point exception detected in function ''. Your function
either attempted a division by zero, used a function outside its domain or
called an internal function with invalid parameters.

Line 24 is for a sky_sphere with a function { abs(y) } as a pigment, but there
is no include directive for "functions.inc".  Add the "functions.inc" directive
and the file renders correctly.
