  I don't know how something that is automatically computed by POV-Ray
can be wrong, if POV-Ray itself isn't wrong. I think you are confused by
the realistic specular light reflected from the mirror to the right
wall. I would suggest a not so frontal light, to show this effect
better. 

  The only thing I see wrong here is the shadow/caustics casted by the
glass jar, wich looks like the shadow of a wire-frame object, I supose
it is due to the fact it is a mesh. Anyhow, very good pic... seems that
it is going to be a serious scene.
