See the post in the unofficial patches group.  The dashed vertical line
is the thin cylinder sticking out of the tower.  The cylinder and its
shadow show where the tower should be.  BTW, I scaled down the island in
the x and z directions to see where the high and low parts of the island
are.  I will move the tower around until it is on the highest part of
the island then scale the island back down.
