Well applied atmospheric effects will go a long way towards
"photorealisim". Two specific aspects come to mind for this picture. 

The glow around the sun needs to be integral with the general "glow" or
lightening of the atmosphere. 

Give us some aerial perspective - applied to the clouds as well.
