I agree. I'm experimenting with scattering media as I write this.
I intend to populate some areas with quasi-Edo period dwellings[*], so I
need to keep the fog subtle enough to not obscure them.

Thanks for the tip, Mick. I have several HF's laying around that I've
been
wanting to put to use.
* quasi-Edo period dwelling == my admittedly somewhat ignorant
interpretation
of traditional Japanese structures such as farm houses, etc. :-)
