This loses a lot without the lighting.
A low error_bound is probably needed, say about 0.2 or so.
Did you see what Xplo Eristotle had tried for radiosity settings? Posted
here recently; seemed to do well both for time and quality from what I saw
of it.
Your fluorescent lights show a great example of the use of glows.
