that's very strange.  first of all, do you have the necessary plugins? 
it needs the rounded cube plugin, and the spline plugin, and possibly
another one.  it's best if you have them all anyway, so if you haven't
already, download them all today.  the only objects that shouldn't be
textured are those whose parents are textured already (because you only
need to texture top level items).  do you have the image maps in the
right folder and does moray know where they are?  you can check this by
going to moray's settings and then to the paths tab.  there is a drop
down list that has all path types (models, textures, image maps etc.) so
make sure it shows all of the r2 file locations.  you can also click on
tools->check scene before rendering.  this checks to make sure it can
find all files and that all items are textured.
