You mentioned that the sky will still need to be worked on, so I thought
I'd pass on a couple of subtleties that jar my eye a bit. First is the
scale - I think my eye expects them to diminish or flatten more towards
the horizon. Second is the regularity of cloud distribution - it wants
some clear sky or solid cloud bank for tension; somewhere for the clouds
to go to or come from. 

These were my initial thoughts on the image.
