During the development of 3.1-3.1g the dlls used changed versions and the one
MegaPOV (has 3.1g GUI) expects is not the one you installed when you
downloaded POVWin 3.1a.
MegaPOV is based on 3.1g so U need to download the 3.1g package from
povray.org & reinstall
