Yes, I know. I was wondering if people around here would
be interested in such topics where the goal is to put
restrictions on how you make your image (but not on
what the image depicts). I know I could submit the
topics and see how they get rated, but I'd like to
gather some opinions about such topics before.

There's one French writer, Georges Perec, that has very
often imposed rules on his work, and always managed
to be very creative within these rules. His most impressive
achievement was a ~200 pages novel, called the 'Disparition',
that didn't contain any single letter 'e' (the most
used vowel in French, and also in English, I think).
Problem is, if nobody told you the trick, you hardly
ever notice the absence of the 'e'. Just read what seems
to be a good novel.

What I mean is that such restraints often boots creativity,
and this is why I'd like to see some of them applied to
the IRTC, to change a little bit from the usual topics.
