sorry to say this, but the sound in that room would be pretty bad.  the
walls need either a different shape or something on them to help the
sound or not get in its way.  you may have noticed that most theaters
have curtains covering the walls nearly completely.  other theaters have
nice oval shapes and/or saw tooth wall and ceilings.  the reason of
course is accoustics.  plain, flat walls bounce sound too much.  also,
if you take a look at Home Theater Interiors magazine, you'll find that
most high end rooms have all the speakers recessed.  and there is
usually only indirect lighting from wall sconces or alcoves.  real
theater chairs and loveseats are also common although sofas are too. 
good start though.
