| you fill the pipe up untill the water reaches the mark
| in each transparent cylinder. You put the lids on the transparent
| cylinders, and you can check items at long distances to see if they're
| level or not, one person holds one transparent tube up to the wall
| or roof at his end and a second person takes the other transparent tube
| (on the other end of the pipe), to the second location and holds the
| tube up to the appropriate place, if the water in each transparent tube
| is touching the line, then the two locations are level. And that is a
| water level.
And that was also interesting to learn.
