The 59.94 fps is a feature of CMPEG, not my invention!
The upide down pictures is a funny trick that sits in TGA: it should be not
too difficult to detect the difference and act upon it in 63M.
I converted Running Faucet with MainActor and got the same
upside-down-effect. It is my primitive way of displaying the TGA's in 63M...

Yes, aha, hmm, and now find some time to render...
