Sorry, Bob, but Jan was right: still life = Stilleben. Sometimes,
Babelfish translates word for word and it gives some funny effects...
BTW, still life in other languages:
1. German : das Stilleben
2. Spanish : el bodegon or la naturaleza muerta
3. French : la nature morte
