Two rounds back one entry was pulled because it was prior art that
had been determined to have been created prior to the start of the
round it was submitted to and had been on a website for some time.
I do not know if there is a dedicated effort on the part of the
IRTC admin to screen the submissions but it appears they are willing
to do something about violations once reported to them.
