You might have a point here.

But I think there still should be some process to eliminate images that
violate the rules. If the organizers don't have the time (which I could
understand), then there should be a mechnism for that for the voters (as
Warp says):

If a certain number of voters declares an image as violating the rules,
the panel should have a look at it (maybe contact the artist) and decide
if it needs to be pulled.
Does something like that exist? Are the voters aware that they should
look out for rules violations?
