That's the "video conferencing" codec. Apparently I only got it when installing a
netcam so it's probably not going to be on all computers.
You can get it though netcam or not, either at MS (as said) or here:
http://support.intel.com/support/createshare/camerapack/CODINSTL.htm
The codec isn't intended for "fast-motion" I've read.

| Yep, me too. That is, I couldn't get it to play either.

| Media player went off looking for the M$ website, but since I don't like
| programs doing that (going online without permission) and I wasn't online
| at the time anyway, it didn't have any luck.

| Mpegs, they're usually a hell of a lot smaller, and therefore I have less
