This is quite a common message when rendering heightfields, not only in
MegaPOV but also in the official version. AFAIK it is caused by the ray
hitting 'cracks' in the heightfield. Moving the camera can make the messages
disappear, but as long as the picture renders then there's nothing to worry
about.
