Here's the waterway navigation buoy render I was talking about elsewhere here.
Just to show first what I put at p.b.s-f. group, less the text. I never got
around to labeling the things within POV-Ray. Oh, and this ones a little
different looking because it goes back to POV-Ray 2.2 in 1996.
