Could use some brightening of the orange glow so that the shadows from the
columns appear more distinct. I had to really look hard to see them.
Very neat image.

| A splash screen for my website. Nothing special how it looks.
|
| It's a sum of 4 images: front light, back light, glow light
| and glow light + media. The idea is to separate each light source
| to it's own layer in photoshop so that their intensity and color
| can be adjusted _after_ render with full res aa image. It's also
| nice to be able to smooth the media in photoshop and use fewer
| samples :) Works only with non-gamma corrected images because
| gamma is non-linear operation.

|
| BTW, Photoshop doesn't seem to have ADD as layer mode so I used
| SCREEN which looked close enough. To do these operations
| properly for gamma corrected output would require 48 bit images,
| ADD layer mode and preview gamma layer (which can be done in
| photoshop with CURVES adjustment layer). I first developed
| the image with gamma correction and when I started to use the
| layer magic it was quite obvious 24 bits just isn't enough
| because the images must be de-corrected before layer operations
| and corrected again after.
