I was blowing off steam before I formalized the exact source of my
discontent.

I did give your entry the second highest score in my judging.  When someone
mentioned that Rusty & Boxer could still fit their way into a JFK theme, I
realized that yes, that would be great fun.

The entries, that with my biased judgement I assumed were 3DS portfolio
dumps to the IRTC server, really bug me, not Rusty himself! I do indeed want
more eclectic topics, but not to exclude Rusty, but to make it harder for
professionals to dump a pre-existing project and call it an original IRTC
entry.  Vague categories like "Creatures," "Robots," and "Life" beg this to
happen.

I'm not biased against 3DS users, but against hit and run contributors to
the IRTC. Sorry if I made loose comments that appeared to single you out.
