Nathan is in the process of moving right now so his web site has not
been updated to reflect the change from v0.3 to v0.4. Additionaly
Nathan has run out of space on his web page for the windows executable
and will be offering it for download in the future from the povray.org
ftp server - ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Unofficial/MegaPOV/

You can get the Windows version of MegaPov v0.4 at the above URL but
reference to it from Nathans home page will have to wait for him
to reach Florida and get an online connection established.
