Good tip, just that for the arrays for day, month, year, location have to be
counted the number of positions from the beginning of each to add another in
according to the persons name position in the list.  Easy to miscount, and
just not easy to do anyway.  That's mostly what I was getting at, after
having the script generally done there's those updates from there which go
like that then.  Or that's how I added Eric Freeman in today anyhow, no idea
what you have figured out for doing it (same way?).
