First, let me express my deep gratitude for your helpful remarks.  I
continue to be as impressed by POVRAY's users as I am by this wonderful
program.  My computer refused to unzip the unipov patch, and so far I have
not been able to get Softext to coax  a POVRAY rendering.  There is probably
some way to do this.  My little Adobe Dimensions 3.0 program had no problem
extruding and rendering the text, and it is apparent that Moray can see the
intended form.  It is a shame, because some of these fonts can yield
interesting, complex objects very quickly.
