I'm working for a few weeks now with povray 3.1 and it seems to be
really good. But I do not know exact: Is this version really the newest
one ? If you look at povray.org most links are from the years 1995 or
1996 and it is for windows 3.1. There are even links to meshes from
airplanes, cars .. but as I see not for povray but for 3dstudio. Is
there still a development for povray or is povray perhaps used in
another (actual, freeware) raytracer ? Or Perhaps with another GUI ? And
I have to admitt: I have problems with the "command-line". All this
makes me feel, that my version perhaps is not the actual one.
Nevertheless: povray produces great pictures !!!

ps: the reason I ask is: I invest some time beside my daily work into
povray and I don't want to invest it into an old version :-)
