Wow! I thought it was uvpov!

And that brings me to my point: With uvpov it would be better! POV cannot
handle caustics and real reflection very well, so the lens flare would
actually be more correct using uvpov, I think.

And one quiestion:
What kind of camera type did you use? It should be an isometric one (with
parallell rays) behind the lenses, because your camera really is in front of
the camera. You did not mention this, so I assume you have used the standard
pin-hole camera.

By all means! A great effort. Are there any docs on lenses and cameras
around the net?

Oh, one more thing: Why not use the dispersion patch. Using that, one should
even be able to simulate focal blur and such. Whee... Try it, TYRY IT!
