There will be a interim release before the end of the year that will
improve on the plugin interface and will add thumbnail support for the
texture library.

The plugin support improvement is mainly to enable an animation plugin
to work with Moray. (As Ken noted, it is not available yet :-)

The release will be a free update for registered users of V3.1.

Bigger changes down the road are difficult to predict because we don't
know how much time we can invest (depends on registrations). But we
have a long list of planned features and enhancements that we would
like to add.
