While I don't think it works in pov, have a look at Dragon Dictate Naturally
Speaking. It is bundled with Corel WordPerfect 8 and 9 and is also
available seperately. I hear that it is very accurate once trained. It's
supposed
to work with all windows apps (though I've never tried it).

Don't use it myself, I'm waiting til I get a new machine before buying the
latest Wordperfect.
