I'd like to be able to 'scale' an animation, i. e. to change the frame
rate without changing the actual length of the animation. This would of
course result in a loss of accuracy when reducing the FPS, but it could
still be good for rendering just a quick preview (well, you can do this
with the Wireframe or Scanline modes, but this isn't useful for every
animation).
