Hello,

The reason that myself and several other people spent a considerable
amount of time and effort compiling that list of common questions with
answers together is because of the frequent number of times they are
asked. I feel it is important to guide people to the best possible
resources for finding answers to their questions. This list was
designed with this in mind plus it saves the people in these groups
who normally respond to these types of questions from having to type
out the same answer time after time after time.
Believe me there are no ivory towers or airs of superiority involved
with that reply. If I saw your request for similar information and did
not reply it was very unusual and I'm sorry you did not receive the
information the you needed at that time. If you need any other help
please ask again and I or someone else who knows the answer will be
more than happy to help you in what ever way is possible. We are a
friendly group of people here and really not that unpleasant once
you get to know us. I am sorry that you got the wrong first impression
but I hope that will improve with time.

Regards from my tower to yours,
