I came across this neat isosurface
accidentally. The nice thing is that is is
just one object and renders with reasonable
speed and minimal memory hit even on my
Paleolithic box. The isosurface function is
simply:
function { sin(y) + sin(z) - sin(x) }
Play with scale, camera, etc and add noise and
additional curvature to taste.
