I have the same setup (Win98, DX6, all current updates) and get the same
crash.  (same dll...)  It occurs when
Moray is loading the plugins, and the IPF sparks as soon as the spray plugin
is listed.
(didn't check the memory dump or the IPF address, but it does start
"MORAYWIN caused an IPF in module MFC42D.DLL)
