I used pov2mdl to convert the X-Wing model which I found on "StarWars: the
POVRay Collection" into a mdl-file. Ofcourse I had to change the original
POV-file a bit to make it convertable, and after it was converted I still
had to place some objects manually, but it still was quite a help. (You can
find the results of this work on povray.binaries.images, look for subject
"more starwars")
