Hello,

I'm trying to get the isosurface patch to go into the 3.1 source (I
managed to get the source for dos to compile under Linux by modifying
the 3.02 make file.) I start getting all sorts of compile errors with
i_dat3d.c. The compiler starts complaining about *Lib in line 18 and
just goes nuts from there. Looking at the header files, I suspect that
the patch is for win32 systems, not generic unix (the poviso web page
seemed to suggest that this source was for unix).

Has anyone had any success compiling this patch on any unix systems?

I started off trying to get the superpatch to compile this way and had
the same problems so I figured I'd just try to get the isosurface patch
to work on it's own.

Finally, this is my first post here and I haven't noticed many people
posting their compile errors to this list. Is this generally acceptable
or not (ie, would I get flamed for posting a page or so of compiler
errors in the hopes that someone else would understand them?)

Thanx

Carl
